Act Now is delivering internal and external waterproofing across the development—covering bathrooms/wet areas, balconies, rooftops, planter boxes, pools, and façade systems—with strict program requirements and multi-trade coordination.

02. The Solution

The scope includes a wide range of systems selected for durability and compatibility, staged to maintain program delivery. Works included:

• Applying WPA & Drizoro systems across internal and external areas
• Balcony/rooftop membranes and trafficable coatings
• Waterproofing to planter boxes, pools, and façade interfaces
• Staging works to align with construction program and QA

03. The Result

On completion, the project will provide a fully integrated waterproofing package designed for long-term performance, extend service life, and meet overall program requirements.
