This project required waterproofing reinstatement to multiple external balconies in a live Class 2 residential building. The works needed to integrate seamlessly with façade works completed by the head contractor and maintain program continuity.

Act Now installed the ARDEX WPM 1000 sheet membrane system across all balcony slabs and coordinated sequencing to align with façade activities. Works included:

• Installed ARDEX WPM 1000 sheet membrane
• Applied to 400m² of external balcony slabs
• Integrated cavity terminations for durability
• Delivered on program within 2 weeks
